There is no need to classify crimes with race, ethnicity, culture, or religion; a crime is a crime either way you look at it. The different categories of crime depending on ones background is one of the biggest problems we have in America today because it brings upon hate, racism, judgement, stereotypical views, and fear of a certain group of people. There should be Justice for all in the sense that a crime will be looked at a as a crime and handled as such regardless of ones background.
