MUSLIM STUDENTS MURDERED

                           

Too often society attaches “Muslim” with violent acts. Whenever something bad happens involving someone who claims to be Muslim, the headline always read something like: “Muslim Terrorist”, “Muslim Extremist”, “Muslim Murderer”, “Muslim Kidnapper” etc.


It amazes me how there is little to no media coverage about the “Innocent Muslim Students” who were brutally murdered execution style by a “White Atheist Man.” This is the world that we live in though. It is sad that all Muslims are still looked down upon and still suffering for the actions of a select few of Muslims who in all actuality aren't Muslim for the Qur’an does not encourage terrorism. What happened to these students is an act of prejudice, inhumanity, and terrorism in and of itself. It is as if the Muslim life holds no value when they (WE) are the ones behind the trigger, but let it be the other way around… that terrorist is going to be heard about world wide. Just as black lives matter... Muslim lives matter too.


The saddest part though when things like this happen is that that white individual is also "mentally ill" or going through some form of depression. It is actually sad that within our justice system prejudice and inequality still exists.
