Walter Scott

My heart aches in many different ways when it comes to Walter Scott's case and his tragic death caused by a police officer. As a soldier, I am hurt. As an African American, I am hurt. As an individual who will be going into law enforcement, I am hurt. As the sister, friend, and one day mother of black males, I am hurt and scared.
